These long exposure pin hole image were taken by Michael Wesely for the Museum of Modern Art in New York over 36 months as it was being renovated. Not much on his site at the moment but hopefully you can see more of them up here soon and we believe he has a book coming out.
We bloody love abandon stuff, and this site has plenty of it. It's amazing to see what happens when man neglects what he has created and how quickly the world we know would drop to bits without our constant maintenance. Creepy.
Having worked next door to this building for sometime I have watched the regeneration of these beautiful baths take shape. The project is nearly complete but the amount of history held within these Soho walls remains. This site has a lovely collection of shots and there are other fantastic London history stories.
This set of images by Martin Miller show the buildings and inner workings of the enrichment plant that produced the first nuclear weapons. Chilling photo's of a legacy that darkened the world.
Welcome to Driving Horse, started simply to bring together and archive a collection of all the things we come across that we like. This includes, video, music, art, illustration, the odd and random. We hope you like what you see and maybe it can even bring inspiration, but truthfully it's for us, we're just kind and thought we would share.
