Polaroid exhibition

There's quite a few good exhibitions on at the moment in and around London. This one is at the Atlas Gallery and gives us the opportunity to see original polaroids by some big name designers and artists. 

Matchbox labels

This is one of the most beautiful collections we have ever come across. There's over a thousand matchbox labels here and the enlarged 50/60's print work reveals detail that was never meant to be seen. Delve deep, you will find some gems.

Miss Van is stolen!

Stolen Space is exhibiting some of Miss Van's newer work from 1st – 18th October, if you're around the east end of London I'm sure it's worth a visit.

Adam Beane

In this world of digital art it is great to see artists sticking with traditional media. Adam Beane's highly detailed sculpts are something you would expect from an application like Zbrush. The lack of computer trickery makes his analogue approach much more impressive.

Milton the master

In the world of graphic design Milton Glaser is the master. We've all seen his work even if we don't know him by name but one of our personal favourites is a book he illustrated for George Mendoza many years ago titled 'Fish in the Sky'.

This collection of old magazine covers is fantastic and non biased towards a genre, have a look now.

Under-the-ground

The history that lies beneath a city can so easily be forgotten, even with millions of people walking through it's walls every single day. The disused Underground stations of London are harder to access than ever before but these site's are dedicated to bring that world back above.
