If only we could still stay in the 'La Concha'. Designed by Paul Revere Williams and complete in 1961 it has a charm unlikely to be seen on the strip ever again.

Being from a new town, British town planning fascinates me and the RIBA are kindly holding this exhibition from 16th Feb – 28th April.

New Pylons for the UK? This was the winner and below are a few of the runners up, have a look.

I hope it doesn't happen, the original 1920's pylon is a piece of classic British modernist design and is so familiar that you hardly notice them. Like the Motorway signage we developed it's function, with the perfect balance of form. Leave them as they are.

Under-the-ground

The history that lies beneath a city can so easily be forgotten, even with millions of people walking through it's walls every single day. The disused Underground stations of London are harder to access than ever before but these site's are dedicated to bring that world back above.
